14 Aug 2021

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has rolled out its new myTOYOTA app and Toyota fans are in for a treat!

Toyota users and even those planning to get one can now download the myTOYOTA app for Andorid or iOS to explore Toyota’s lineup of vehicles, avail services and more in the palm of their hand. With newly added features and an improved platform, the app is a testament to TMP’s commitment to provide better and faster services to its customers.

The myTOYOTA app makes it easier for Toyota vehicle owners to book service appointments and send inquiries to their nearest Toyota dealership, anytime, anywhere. Customers can also conveniently check valuable information such as the repair status of their vehicle on the app, hassle-free.

Here are five more ways to make car ownership easier through the myTOYOTA app:

1. Explore Toyota’s lineup and build a vehicle

Have a dream car in mind? The myTOYOTA app allows you to build your own vehicle right in the app! Choose among Toyota’s lineup of vehicles and select your preferred color, variant, accessories and add-ons. The feature also shows the available service packages for your vehicle. You may then choose between cash or financing for your payment and avail of insurance. The finished vehicle can be conveniently picked up from the showroom where dealership staff are available to answer any of your questions and show you how to make the most out of your new vehicle.

2. Avail of service packages

Purchasing service packages for your vehicle is now easier on the myTOYOTA app! You can find the list of available service packages when you tap on the Service Packages icon right on the app’s Home tab. Add to cart service packages such as Prepaid Periodic Maintenance Package, Toyota Aircare Service or Toyota BactaKlenz and checkout with ease. You may pay for the service packages through bank transfer, and soon, through myTOYOTA Wallet.

3. Browse and buy accessories

Discover various vehicle accessories by browsing through the list of available accessories on the myTOYOTA app! You will see if an accessory requires installation and whether it is available for pickup or shipping. Order fulfillment conditions, estimated time of arrival, active and applicable promotions for the item are also displayed. Add to cart your items, choose whether you will pick the items up at a dealer or have it delivered, pay using myTOYOTA Wallet -- which will be available soon on the app -- or bank transfer, and you’re done!

4. Renew insurance

Check whether your vehicle’s insurance is still active or in need of renewing through the Insurance button on the Home tab. If insurance has expired, a button redirecting to the Online Store’s Insurance Renewal page will be displayed. To renew, select the vehicle due for renewal, view the detailed computation for the quoted amount, and tap the Renew Insurance button. A popup displaying the details of the proposed initial premium will be shown.

5. Inquire about trade-in and see used car listings

Got a car you want to trade in? You can now easily send an inquiry through the app! Simply choose which Toyota vehicle and variant you are interested in and fill in the required fields regarding the vehicle you will be trading in. You can also view used car listings if you’re looking to buy a vehicle directly in the Showroom tab. Each listing has a dedicated section to showcase photos of the used vehicle for an immersive viewing experience.

The myTOYOTA app offers users a seamless customer experience through its real-time and accurate sync to the Toyota Dealer Integrated Management System (TDIMS). This way, customers are assured that their data are updated and protected.

These are only some of the many things you can do on the new myTOYOTA app. Do more with a tap and download the myTOYOTA app today for free through the App Store for iOS users and Google Play Store for Android users to experience all that myTOYOTA has to offer!
