PROMO COVERAGE / DURATION:

● Promotion coverage is limited to 2025 Toyota Drive Fest at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup on-site event and All Toyota Dealer Showrooms.
● Promo period is from May 23-25, 2025

PARTICIPATING MODELS

● All current Toyota Models excluding Innova, Avanza, Veloz, Hilux FX, Hilux Cab & Chassis, Hilux Cargo, Hiace, Alphard, LC, GR 86, GR Supra, GR Yaris A/T, RAV4, Coaster.

ELIGIBILITY

● Qualified to join are the following:

• Customers who will reserve at the 2025 Toyota Drive Fest on-site event and at any Toyota dealership from May 23-25, 2025 (with a minimum of P10,000 reservation fee for participating models except for Tamaraw and Liteace) and will release their unit from May 23-June 15, 2025.

ON-SITE
I. Walk-in Discount

● Customers who visit the event will get up to P10,000 Walk-in discount.

II. Reservation Discount

● Customers who will reserve onsite will get up to P30,000 Reservation discount.
● Only one (1) Reservation raffle coupon can be applied for each vehicle release.

III. Trade-In Discount

● Customers who will trade-in their vehicles during the event and purchase a new vehicle will get additional discount of up to P30,000. Trade-In discount will be applicable for every closed trade-in transaction with a purchase of participating models within the promo period.

General Guidelines

● Coupons will only be activated if the customer accomplishes the following during the event period

1. Register the coupons at the central booth station.

2. Reserve a participating model (minimum P10,000 deposit except for Tamaraw and Liteace) at the event venue.

3. Release the unit from May 23 to June 15, 2025.

● The coupons can be used for outright cash discounts or payment for insurance, LTO registration or chattel mortgage
● All discount coupons are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
● Customers can only use one kind of coupon per vehicle purchase. Two coupons of the same kind cannot be combined.
● Coupons from Walk-in & Reservation can be used on top of existing Toyota sales promotions for May & June and can be combined with the Trade-in coupons availed on site.
● The coupons from the on-site event cannot be combined with reservation discounts offered at dealer showrooms.
● The coupons will be honored in the Toyota dealership where the reservation was made during the event.
● Validity of coupons is applicable for units released from May 23-June 15, 2025 (subject to vehicle availability).
● TMP will not be responsible for lost or stolen coupons.
● Coupons are not for sale.

For fleet accounts:

● Only one (1) Walk-in, Reservation or Trade-in coupon will be issued per reserved vehicle. Company representative should present valid company ID.
● Purchase order will be accepted in place of the P10,000 reservation fee

TOYOTA DEALERSHIP

I. Reservation Discount

●  Customers who will reserve during the showroom event will get a P10,000 Reservation discount.

II. Trade-In Discount

RAFFLE MECHANICS:

1. For every reservation of any participating Toyota vehicle from May 23-25 and released from May 23-June 15, customer will get one (1) e-raffle coupon and will get a chance to win P100,000 cash.
2. The customer should provide and input the following information in the Toyota microsite to be able to get the e-raffle coupon:
        ​​​​a. Type of Reservation
        b. Complete name
        c. Address
        d. Contact number
        e. Email address
        f. Dealer where the unit was reserved and purchased
        g. Model and variant Purchased
        h. Conduction Sticker Number
        i. Vehicle Sales Invoice Number and Date
        j. Acknowledgement Receipt and Date
        k. Sales Invoice Number
3. After registration in the Toyota microsite, customers will receive the e-raffle coupon via email.
4. A total of 22 winners will receive P100,000 cash prize. This will be chosen via electronic raffle on June 19, 2025 and winners will be chosen randomly.

DRAW METHOD

-Twenty-two (22) Winners shall be chosen from the valid entries submitted in the https://toyotadrivefestraffle.com microsite.
- Raffle draw will be done on June 19, 2025 through a randomizer and shall be held at Toyota Motor Phils., 31st Floor, GT Tower Ayala Avenue, Makati City at 3:00pm in the presence of DTI and Toyota Motor Philippines representatives.

5. Deadline for submission of entries: June 15, 2025 (7:00PM).
6. Entries submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.
7. Prizes are non-transferrable.
8. TMP shall shoulder the prize tax required; hence, customer will receive the whole amount.
9. Employees of Toyota Motor Philippines, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, TMP dealer networks and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

General Guidelines

● Winners will be notified through email on how and when they can claim their prizes.
● Winners may claim the cash prize they won from their serving dealer 60 days from receipt of notification (for single unit purchase only)
● The winner must bring two (2) valid IDs such as Driver’s License, SSS Card or Passport upon claiming the cash prize. In claiming the prize by a representative, the representative must present the letter of authorization, email notification from the winner, two (2) valid IDs of the winner and representative.
● For fleet/company accounts, it will be the company name registered who will win the prize.
